 A scenario-based Articulate Rise course designed to train advisors on key Federal Student Aid (FSA) systems, including COD and NSLDS. The module breaks down portal functions, access points, and troubleshooting strategies through guided walkthroughs, knowledge checks, and applied case scenarios.

Designed using ADDIE principles and aligned to clear Bloom’s-level objectives, this course transforms technical system training into an interactive, confidence-building experience.
